Spring Breakers: Review slash Opinion

Being slow at everything basically, I only just got around watching Spring Breakers and I must say, what I saw was what I expected.

Just knowing it was Korine who's behind the directing told me that this wasn't going to be another slimy movie about slutty college girls enjoying their spring break a little too much the way it was made out to be (well, it was, but with a 'deeper meaning', apparently).

Srsly tho?

And surely... I've googled it right after I finished watching, finding out that shiz loads of people 'didn't get it' and thought 'it made no sense'. But surely that was the point of it. Spring Breakers tricked teenagers into seeing an art movie. Hence the mixed up scenes, repetitions and weird behaviour of characters.

I also think it sucked that Selena Gomez's character went home. I mean, it's good for the kids, but I think she wasn't the best choice of actor. The first grown up role should be softer and more innocent, but done to the maximum. And escalate from there. Like a minor role on Glee or Gossip girl (if it still existed *sob*).

Also, did you know the chick with pink hair is the director's wifey? Shiiaaattt. If I were a boy I'd be traumatized if I found a video of my other half flashing her boobs to the world, let alone allow it happen! Oh well, we're all different.

Selena was being babied, Rachel was the leader kind of character, Vanessa played the biggest slut and I cannot look at Ashley the same while watching PLL now #nohatetho

So what I found out: James Franco is a great actor. Harmony Korine has a really young wife. Two girls in yellow bikinis and neon head masks didn't get shot against many experienced gangsters. And Vanessa Hudgens does the worst ever sex noise (no hate tho, but seriously).

Finally, the rating from me would probably be two stars out of five. The movie didn't completely suck, but it didn't give me anything either. Either the message was so hidden that neither I nor anyone's comment I read on the net found it, or it was just that. Don't murder. Have fun - but not too much fun. Even drug dealing guys with guns and popcorn bitches have feelings. Meh. 

Where did 4 stars come from though? Lolwhut.

Still, it didn't stink as much as everyone says it does. If you're curious, watch it. If not, don't waste your time.

It is truly heart breaking. Although he wasn't there for them when the siblings were growing up, he is still their father and blood no matter what, so it will hurt for Demi. I hope she is staying strong and stays the warrior she has become! We love you Demi!

Cheryl Cole's Tattoo - Nice or Nasty?

Everybody knows Cheryl always wanted a tattoo to cover her whole back - it's just that she "never had the guts" to do it. Well now she sealed 1/3 of the deal!

Yup, the artwork consists of beautiful red roses covering about a third of her back. But wouldn't flowers be better off in a vase rather than under your skin for the rest of your liiifeee?

Tattoo covered her old butterfly she already had there. Personally, I think tattoos are trashy and nasty.

I goes to gossip pages. I checks the news. I sees pointless dumb rumors. I shuts the page down and cry - why no more interesting stories?

Apparently, Taylor Swift is snoping around Harry's house begging him to take her back. The next day, she apparently has a new boyfriend. Then she's worried about being a laughing stock, so she is about to become a nun and finally, she wears low cut dresses just to 'show him what he's missing'. 

Bieber leaves Selena 10000000 texts and calls a day and he's released the acoustic version of Believe just to get more and more fame to stick his middle finger at her, and last but not least, they had a secret date together. Apparetly.
Zayn apparently cheated on his girlfriend Perrie with some Australian airhead names something Webb. Silly little girls attacked the wrong person with death threats on Twitter. See this is why I don't like Twitter - filled with pathetic little girls who get joy from sending people death threats. Especially to the wrong person!

Harry Potter Store In London!

HARRY POTTER filming A 9th MOVIE!

Waaaaaiiiitt, seriousleeyyy?! *curls mouth*

Kinda. Sorta.

Basically, our mind's have been played! Let me explain via bullet points!

• It is only a minor movie - something between a comeback and a spin off
• It will only be shown in Harry Potter theme parks - Florida, California and Japan (lucky bitches!)
• BUT don't worry, it will probs be on DVD before you know it, so, popcorn and late movie night it is?
• “The shooting schedule is nowhere near as long as the films, so though filming has been intense, the stars have enjoyed being able to pop in and out.”

What do you think this will be about? There are two things I'm worried about 

1) It will be disappointing (well, you can't really be disappointed by Harry Potter, I mean come on), people might be expecting too much. Remember, they didn't call it a mini movie to piss with people.

2) It will be too good, and then we'll be expecting more - books, films, you name it - but by the like Rowling writes another book, the actors will get too old and it won't work out... Ok, not valid, I know, getting paranoid.

Twitter is exploding right now as two most popular boybands in the UK (except for JLS) are having a continuous fight over the website. Not a jokey-jokey one, a down right dirty one.

Verdict: To be honest, TW were more laid back in this fight, while Zayn took is really seriously  I can see him steaming up behind his keyboard! I don't like either of the bands to an advantage, so I'm being completely fair. The Wanted won this fight. Zayn was more immature, although it is also not very grown up from TW to fight back. Oh well, there's no harm in a little fight!

What do you think? Are 1D getting too big for their boots? Or will you put on your diretioner army suit and go tweet your way through against TW?

Today on the radio, I heard that Little Mix are getting their own dolls made. Radio Kiss's Rickie, Melvin and Charlie said the dolls were 'so cute'. Judge yourself!

Did you know? Emeli Sande used to study medicine!

This is great - some popstars actually aren't just airheads with shiny hair and perfectly arched eyebrows, selling perfumes and being faces of make-up lines instead of doing actual music!

Emeli Sande used to study medicide in Glasgow, but stopped at her 4th year to focus on her music career. She revealed that her dad was very strict to her and her sister Lucy, and wanted the best for them - so getting to such a good university course, Emeli must've made her parents proud.

I personally admire Emeli. She's actually smart doing such a challenging subject. She also has an amazing voice, song writing skills (she wrote for everyone from Susan Boyle and Alexandra Burke, to Alicia Keys, Tinie Tempah and Chipmunk), and a passion for music. She deserves all the success she gets. 

Unlike, for example, Rita Ora on last weeks X-Factor, she doesn't have the need to show off around the stage half naked - you can be in the music business just for, well, music!

Some of you'll be very sad to hear this, while the others will sigh of relief. It is announced that Selena and Justin will no longer be making public appearances as a couple - yes, they broke up.

Um, so Nicki Minaj has a reality show.

A lot of people might not like to hear this, but Minaj is getting really successful with her commercial side. She has:

We all know reality shows are so not real - in fact, all reality TV is crap, but it can be good fun. Let's hope Nicki is a good actress (unlike other celebs, like Bieber in True Jackson VP, if you remember, lol).

However, not many people seem to be too keen on this: 'I'd rather watch paint dry' says a Facebook user.

Hm, whatever the show is like, I don't really mind - it's not like I'm gonna watch it. But I'm not gonna be a lemon, I do wish Minaj that her show's a success (namely because she or her people chose my favourite singer, Misha B, to support her on her tour)!

You had to expect this! The song is really beautiful! Let me explain.
The song starts of with Labrinth, singing to a smooth, safe melody. Then comes the part, where he gets into the verse, where he suddenly switches to a higher octave - which gives goosebumps immediately! Wowza.

Emeli then joins in. Her voice is so flexible - she can sing a big chunk of range! Goosebumps are also present!

So yeah, we all knew Emeli has a great voice, but now it's proven that Labrinth has quite a set of lungs! Tip: best enjoyed with full blast!

I also love the message. They're basically asking to see beneath the outer beauty, to the interior of a person, their personality, feelings... They also sing something that nobody is perfect, which is so true!

Lucy Spraggan QUITS the X-Factor!

You may have heard various rumors whispering around about Lucy threatening to leave the competition because she's not allowed to sing her own songs (what?), or that she fell out with contestants... All lies.

However, today it's been announced that Spraggers decided herself to leave the game due to illness. You see, she's not able to perform yet. She has been offered a free pass again, but she decided to reject the offer - she says it wouldn't be fair to the other contestants. But don't worry spraggettes, it's not the end of the road for this one: 'You'll be hearing from me again very soon,' she said.


Now, I've been waiting for something like this to happen. I liked the whole Frankie Cocozza (is he still alive?) fiasco. Also, I couldn't wait to see who will take Lucy's place...

...but apparently the producers must hate me, as the singer WON'T be getting replaced! (And I was so looking forward to that Amy to join the next week! Boo!)

We wish Lucy the best, and hopefully she has record deals up her... by now! She is not the best singer, but her lyrics blow many away!
