What to wear it with:

You can easily wear a longer, winter jacket over this piece when it's chilly (iow the whole season). Black tights are suitable for winter, however at some occasions it's better to go with your natural skintone tights. Shoes? Who needs statement shoes with a dress like that. Finally, no or little jewelry - less is more!
